A Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.

As Chef de Partie, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dishes and creating unforgettable flavor combinations. You hold an important position within the professional kitchen and are responsible for a specific section or station.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
* Preparing high-quality dishes within your assigned section of the kitchen.
* Ensuring dishes are consistent and of high quality, taking responsibility for issuing them correctly and efficiently.
* Handling mise en place, preparation, and garnishing of dishes, giving instructions to commis and demi chef de partie, and stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly. In the absence of the Sous Chef, you take over.
* Managing kitchen inventory and coordinating orders with the Sous Chef or placing them yourself.
* Contributing to a positive atmosphere in the kitchen, where teamwork and passion for cooking are central, through constructive communication that helps everyone grow with you.
* Ensuring the kitchen is left organized and clean after service, overseeing HACCP compliance and setting a good example.
* Being flexible in applying your knowledge and providing support across the kitchen, including in our blend offering and banquets.

Who We're Looking For:
* You have the permits to work in Belgium and have good recommendations of former employers.
* Preferably, you have a background in culinary school or sufficient professional kitchen experience.
* Good knowledge of Dutch or English.
* Organized, with a flexible mindset.
* A true team player with a hands-on attitude
* Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Knowledge of HACCP standards is a must.
* Strong foundational kitchen knowledge and willingness to keep learning.
* Ability to share knowledge constructively.
