Tasks
1. You are responsible for the mise en place of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
2. You are responsible for the layout and presentation of the plates.
3. You check the stock and communicate this with the other chefs.
4. You are responsible for receiving delivered goods and ensuring that they are cleaned, packaged, and processed immediately in accordance with FIFO guidelines.
5. You check the quality and freshness of the products.
6. You ensure a clean working environment during your shift and clean the kitchen after your shift.
7. You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
Profile
8. You have experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant or hotel
9. You have a degree in cooking
10. You are stress-resistant and reliable
11. You have knowledge of HACCP rules
12. You are motivated and can interact with guests in a friendly manner
13. You can work both independently and as part of a team
14. You are guest-oriented and have a positive attitude
15. You are flexible, so you are also available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
16. You have a broad knowledge of languages, at least French and English, and Dutch is a plus
