About Arno Ristorante
Arno Ristorante has recently opened inside the brand-new Courtyard by Marriott hotel and the state-of-the-art Scala Event Center. For our fine-dining outlet, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with a solid background in high-end fine dining, ideally gained in 5-star hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants. As Chef de Partie, you manage your assigned station with precision and passion, delivering exceptional quality while contributing to the refined culinary identity of our restaurant.
Your role in our kitchen
You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes within your station, following the standards set by the Head Chef.
You ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation in every plate.
You maintain high levels of hygiene, organization, and mise-en-place.
You support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu execution and seasonal changes.
You help guide and support junior team members when needed, contributing to a professional and positive kitchen culture.
You collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade and service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Who are we looking for?
You have at least 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in high-end fine dining.
You thrive in a high-end, structured kitchen environment and understand the discipline and precision required.
You are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
You are a team player who values communication, collaboration, and respect.
You speak English and can communicate confidently in a professional kitchen environment.
You are available full-time or at least 4/5, with flexibility between Monday and Sunday.

Arno Ristorante is a tribute to Tuscany – offering inventive yet authentic cuisine, an extensive selection of Brunellos and Super Tuscans, a vibrant atmosphere, and a stylish setting. We serve no standard fare, only refined simplicity with character, from antipasti to dolci.
You will be working in a modern restaurant inside a newly built ultramodern event center, nestled between our three international hotels totaling 405 rooms. A unique location where locals, hotel guests, and event visitors come together.
Accessibility
Our location is easy to reach, wherever you're coming from. The event center and Arno Ristorante are located at Akkerhage 2B, 9000 Ghent, right off Exit 9 (U.Z. Gent) on the E17. Cyclists, scooter riders, or speed pedelec users can reach us via safe, well-laid-out bike paths and use our on-site bicycle parking. Public transport also brings you right to us – tram and bus stops are within walking distance, with smooth connections via De Lijn.
