Bring Tuscan excellence to life in a brand-new fine-dining restaurant
Located within our brand-new 4 star hotel, ARNO Ristorante is a luxurious and refined Tuscan-inspired restaurant where authentic flavors, warm service and a vibrant atmosphere come together. Under the guidance of Michelin starred Chef Louis Verstrepen from Restaurant Da Mimmo in Brussels, voted best Italian restaurant in Belgium, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie.
Your role in our kitchen
1. You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes within your station, following the standards set by the Head Chef.
2. You ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation in every plate.
3. You maintain high levels of hygiene, organization, and mise-en-place.
4. You support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu execution and seasonal changes.
5. You help guide and support junior team members when needed, contributing to a professional and positive kitchen culture.
6. You collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade and service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Who are we looking for?
7. You have at least 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in high-end fine dining.
8. You thrive in a high-end, structured kitchen environment and understand the discipline and precision required.
9. You are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
10. You are a team player who values communication, collaboration, and respect.
11. You speak English and can communicate confidently in a professional kitchen environment.
12. You are available full-time or at least 4/5, with flexibility between Monday and Sunday.
