About the roleAs Chef de Partie, you play a key role within our kitchen brigade. You are responsible for your own section and ensure every dish is prepared and presented perfectly. Together with the Sous Chef and the rest of the team, you contribute to a kitchen where quality and taste always come first.
Your tasksPrepare and cook dishes according to Pillows Hotels' standardsManage your own section in the kitchenWork closely with fellow chefs and the Sous ChefContribute ideas for new dishes and menusEnsure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the kitchenMonitor and manage stock for your section
