Role & Responsibilities
As Head Chef, you are responsible for the daily culinary operations and for ensuring consistent quality, organisation, and leadership within the kitchen.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and supervising hot and cold dishes in line with the restaurant's culinary standards.
* Organising and overseeing mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations.
* Managing orders, stock levels, and supplier follow-up.
* Controlling deliveries and ensuring product quality and freshness.
* Creating staff schedules and organising kitchen planning.
* Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
* Actively participating in service to guarantee smooth execution and quality.
* Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team with a strong people-oriented approach.
