Then you might be the Chef de Partie we're looking for at The Jane in Antwerp.
In this role, you take ownership of your own section (hot or cold) and play a key role in the daily operation of the kitchen. You safeguard quality and flow during service, work closely with your colleagues, and actively contribute to a refined and consistent experience on the plate.
At The Jane, cooking is about more than technique alone — it's about collaboration, trust and continuously refining the whole. Ambitious to grow further? Together with Nick and the kitchen team, you'll be given the space to contribute ideas and develop your own path.
Who we're looking for:
– Experience in a similar role within a fine dining environment
– A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
– A professional attitude with a sharp eye for detail
– Structured, hands-on and able to perform under pressure
– Communicative in English and/or Dutch
– Someone who doesn't just execute, but is eager to learn and grow
