We have a great opportunity for a Flexi-Job Commis de Cuisine in our restaurant at the Courtyard Brussels EU, especially to prepare breakfasts.
Responsibilities
As a Commis de Cuisine you're on the first rung of the ladder to become a great chef.
You will do food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef de Partie, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
This is your big chance to learn all there is to know about your trade.
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene
* Preparing the ingredients for a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
* Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
* Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation

* Is flexible and creative

* Has team spirit
* Has a minimum of 1 year experience
* Is fluent in English and French
* Is interested in all areas of the kitchen
