Role Description**
This is a full-time position for our restaurant which opens for dinner only, on-site role located in the Diegem. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in your assigned section, ensuring consistency and presentation. You will assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards, and collaborating with the team to promote an efficient working environment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring food stock, managing waste, and contributing to menu development by bringing creativity to the dishes.
Qualifications
* Exceptional cooking proficiency and understanding of a variety of cooking techniques
* Ability to handle food preparation, portioning, and presentation with attention to detail
* Organizational and multitasking skills to manage workload and maintain kitchen efficiency
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations, holding relevant certifications
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
* Culinary degree or professional training is a plus
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
