Key Responsibilities
Lead, structure, and oversee the pastry section at a three-Michelin-star level
Develop, refine, and execute desserts that reflect seasonality, balance, and technical excellence
Ensure absolute consistency, precision, and refinement in all pastry productions
Organize and manage mise en place, service flow, and production planning
Train, mentor, and evaluate pastry chefs and commis, maintaining a culture of excellence
Maintain exemplary hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen management on menu development
Control quality, efficiency, and waste while working with premium ingredients
Uphold discipline, calm, and leadership during high-pressure service

Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership responsibility; prior experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant is essential
Leadership: Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead, train, and inspire a pastry team
Exceptional pastry fundamentals and attention to detail
Strong sense of balance, texture, and presentation
Structured, organized, and precise working style
Language: Fluent in Dutch and/or English
Eligibility: European passport required
