We’re currently looking for a Run Analyst. The mission involves monitoring the platforms to ensure compliance with availability SLA, solving incidents, supporting incident debugging with partner and internal application teams, and proposing or implementing evolutions to improve the service.
Main responsibilities:
* Involves monitoring the platforms to ensure compliance with availability SLA
* Incident resolution according to ITIL practices under 24/7 service terms and French working hours
* Supporting incident debugging with partner and internal application teams
* Proposing or implementing evolutions to improve the service.
Tools/Skills:
* API Management Platforms
* OpenID/Oauth2/SAML protocols
* IAM Platforms
* Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Logstash, …)
* Basic Knowledge of cloud native applications
🌐 Language: English (mandatory)
🇫🇷 French is a plus
🏢 Work model: Hybrid (50% on-site in Madrid)
