The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in our bistro-style kitchen, supporting banquet services, and ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Kitchen Operations: Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with Crowne Plaza Antwerp standards. Ensure all dishes are prepared efficiently, maintaining high quality and consistency. Support banqueting and special events when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Culinary Excellence: Contribute ideas for menu development and presentation. Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of top quality. Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Assist in training junior staff and promoting a collaborative work environment. Communicate effectively with other departments to enhance guest experience. Professional Development: Continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques. Profile Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a bistro-style or high-volume kitchen. Experience with banqueting is a plus. Hands-on mentality and passion for cooking. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
