Responsibilities
Run the assigned section smoothly and confidently
Manage kitchen flow smoothly from starters to mains, Asian & Western
Prepare and present a wide variety of dishes for daily service and special events
Handle breakfast, lunch and dinner services including occasional offsite functions
Deliver exceptional service with a positive, guest-focused attitude
Requirements
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Have)
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
Willingness to stay at offsite (training center) when assigned to both dinner and breakfast events
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Have)
Naturally extroverted with excellent communication skills and team spirit
A warm, service-oriented mindset and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to special schedules
