As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.
What’s on a typical to-do list:
* Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
* Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
* Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
* Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
* Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.
Ask yourself, are you…
* Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
* A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
* Customer oriented?
* Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
* Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
* Available up to 20 to 24 hours per week?
* Fluent in both Dutch and English?
