Responsibilities
1. Support daily mise en place and preparation under the guidance of senior chefs
2. Work accurately and consistently within an assigned kitchen section
3. Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization, and efficiency
4. Assist during service to ensure precise execution of each dish
5. Take part in tastings, menu preparations, and product knowledge moments
6. Contribute to a professional, positive, and team-focused kitchen culture
Profile
7. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a fine dining environment
8. Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to grow
9. Strong sense of cleanliness, precision, and organisation
10. Eye for detail with a hands-on mentality
11. Able to perform well under pressure
12. Positive attitude and strong team spirit
13. Eligible to work in Belgium/EU
Working hours
14. Fixed days off on Mondays, Saturday lunch and Sundays.
