The role
Your role as the Account Manager is to liaise between Deliveroo and our restaurant partners in Belgium, especially in the Antwerp region.
The role can be a hybrid one. You will work either from home in the Antwerp region or onsite from our offices in Brussels and also be on the road visiting your portfolio of partners.
Your role will include:
1. Developing and managing long term strategic partnerships with national restaurant brands
2. Ensuring delivery of tailored partner specific projects to fulfil agreed goals from inception to implementation
3. Monitoring and analysing performance of partner specific KPIs, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with senior stakeholders
4. Increasing revenue from existing accounts by consulting on best practice and developing partner strategies
5. Working cross functionally within the business to optimise partnerships, leading all aspects internally and externally
6. Manage the relationship with a large number of restaurant partners in order to ensure a win-win collaboration all over Belgium.
Requirements
7. You will be passionate about food, love restaurants and are highly methodical with a strong sense of the commercial side of a business.
8. 1-2 years of Account management experience
9. Good knowledge of the restaurant industry
10. Degree or equivalent academic qualifications
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisation
12. Bilingual: Dutch and English.
