🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients within BNP Paribas Securities Services
* Manage and follow up on client queries, incidents, and claims until resolution
* Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders
* Investigate claims and implement preventive measures to reduce future incidents
* Supervise and coordinate activities with operational hubs and challenge findings where needed
* Produce and share KPIs, operational reports, and escalation updates with management
* Identify areas for process improvement and support operational excellence initiatives
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and BNP Paribas group standards
* Collaborate closely with Middle Office, Back Office, and operational teams in an international environment
🔹 Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Services, Financial Middle Office, Back Office, Reporting, or Operations
* Experience within banking, securities services, or asset management environments
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access
* Good understanding of operational and financial processes
* Experience with BNP Paribas tools or BlackRock Aladdin is a plus
* Strong client service and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work accurately under pressure and handle incidents professionally
* Analytical mindset with focus on quality and continuous improvement
* Team-oriented, flexible, and detail-focused approach
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
* Master’s degree in Economics or related field
* Comfortable with hybrid working model (up to 50% remote after training period)
