About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and accelerate growth in Belgium. You'll be responsible for driving new client acquisition and nurturing existing partnerships, building the foundation for Job&Talent's continued success in the region.

Responsibilities

* Lead the sales strategy and execution across Belgium, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients.
* Position the Job&Talent App as the #1 solution for digital staffing — driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven workforce management.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic prospects and key accounts.
* Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
* Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to reach ambitious targets.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in staffing, HR tech, or service industries.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with enterprise clients.
* Fluent in French and Dutch, with a solid command of English.
* A natural leader and motivator, capable of developing teams and driving performance.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — data-driven, proactive, and passionate about digital transformation.

Required Skills
