Contract Recruitment Consultant Connecting ServiceNow Talent with Innovative Projects Across EMEA Test Manager & Test Release Coordinator – Fraud Cluster

Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing activities within the Fraud Cluster. You will supervise a dedicated test team, coordinate test releases, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications in collaboration with IT tribes, business stakeholders, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Fraud project testing team.
Plan, monitor, and execute test phases, ensuring application quality.
Identify stakeholders and support creation of test cases.
Coordinate release schedules with the Release Manager and ensure deployments are available on time.
Report progress, risks, and issues to IT tribe leads and management.
Review deliverables, maintain planning/cost monitoring tools, and conduct lessons‑learned sessions.
Support and motivate team members, including remote teams across multiple countries.
Requirements Experience & Technical Skills
6+ years of relevant experience in testing or QA leadership.
Strong experience with testing tools, reporting tools, and test data management.
Preferable: experience with mainframe testing and basic release processes.
Business Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage priorities.
Familiarity with agile/tribe environments.
Preferable: banking/loan industry knowledge.
Soft Skills
Team leadership, motivation, and delegation skills.
Pragmatic, analytical, and able to summarize clearly.
Able to work efficiently with remote/onsite teams in several countries.
Languages
Dutch & French: Basic knowledge preferable
Other
Education: Bachelor/Master in IT or banking‑related field
Telework: 50% onsite / 50% homeworking
