Sharepoint Analyst (French & Dutch) - Real Estate - Brussels

* Manage SharePoint sites, folder structures, and access rights.
* Support and advise teams in the use of SharePoint for projects, audits, and compliance purposes.
* Maintain and manage project documentation within SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date content.
* Test new SharePoint functionalities, provide structured feedback to the IT department, and guide end users.
* Document processes and use SharePoint as a collaboration and knowledge-sharing platform.
* Create, maintain, and update manuals, forms, and internal communications via SharePoint.
Profiel
* Proven experience working with SharePoint (site management, permissions, document libraries).
* Strong understanding of collaboration tools and document management best practices.
* Experience supporting users and teams in a corporate or project-based environment.
* Ability to structure, maintain, and improve documentation and processes.
* Comfortable testing new functionalities and working closely with IT teams.
* Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
* Fluency in French or Dutch, great understanding of the other language
