In this role, Senior Financial Business Partner, you will lead and coordinate comprehensive controlling activities while acting as a trusted financial partner to the business. Your main responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end controlling activities, including business controlling, cost controlling, and financial reportingDefining and driving the annual controlling roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and effective execution throughout the yearLeading the budgeting process, forecast cycles, and multi-year financial planning in close collaboration with finance stakeholdersSupporting the monthly closing process in coordination with accounting, ensuring accuracy and complianceMonitoring financial performance, identifying variances versus targets, and proposing corrective actions to senior managementDesigning and maintaining management and operational reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviewsContributing as a financial expert to strategic and cross-functional projects through robust financial analysis and business casesThe ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a strategic and business-oriented mindset.
