Tasks and responsibilities
As the organization continues its transition toward SAP S/4HANA, the support and change request workload within the SAP SD/MM domains is increasing. To ensure continuity of operations and maintain a high-quality support experience, the SAP Support Team is being strengthened with a skilled SAP SD/MM functional professional.
You will play an important role in supporting business users, analyzing incidents, and implementing change requests related to Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for SAP SD and SAP MM modules, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
* Analyze, design, and implement change requests and minor functional enhancements.
* Configure and maintain SAP SD/MM settings in line with business requirements.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify issues, gather requirements, and translate needs into functional solutions.
* Support testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
* Assist with transports and deployments to ensure stable production releases.
* Document functional solutions, configuration activities, and support procedures.
Your profile
* Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and/or SAP MM.
* Strong understanding of sales, distribution, purchasing, procurement, and inventory management processes.
* Experience with master data management, including material and vendor master data.
* Experience in support environments, including incident handling and change request implementation.
* Ability to configure core SD/MM components such as pricing, master data, purchasing flows, and delivery processes.
* Good understanding of integration points with adjacent SAP modules.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Team player with a hands-on, pragmatic, and customer-oriented mindset.

* Strong analytical skills to translate issues into structured solutions.
