Your role

Your responsibilities
* Business Development – Identify, prospect, and establish partnerships with museums, heritage libraries, cultural institutions, galleries, and relevant stakeholders.
* Key Account Management – Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients in your region and internationally.
* Networking On & Offline – Increase visibility for us within and outside your network, both in the real world and online.
* Sales Evolution – Achieve KPIs, surpass commercial targets, and closely monitor regional performance in our CRM, in line with company objectives.
* Market Insights & Innovation – Provide sales-driven regional and customer feedback for market insights to support R&D and product innovation strategies.
What you need
* Fluency in English is required; Dutch and other languages are a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and business administration.
* At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or communications, preferably within the cultural, technological, or public sectors.
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven.
* Excellent networking and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a creative hybrid/remote team environment.
* Knowledge of procurement procedures and public tenders is a strong advantage.
