About the Role
Our client, a major organization within the Public Transport sector, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its Transport Solutions department.
You will play a key role in supporting and documenting compliance initiatives related to CyFun and NIS2 requirements. The mission focuses on ensuring that application systems are properly documented, auditable, and aligned with regulatory and cybersecurity standards.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Gather and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders and sources
* Transform fragmented information into structured, auditable documentation
* Bridge the gap between operational implementations and compliance requirements
* Design documentation templates and ensure documentation quality and consistency
* Organize and facilitate workshops with operational and technical teams
* Identify evidence sources and validate traceability requirements
* Prepare compliance and audit documentation packages
* Contribute to governance activities related to NIS2 and cybersecurity initiatives
* Support project teams by ensuring compliance documentation remains complete and up to date
Required Experience
Business Analysis
* Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
* Strong documentation and requirements management skills
* Experience working in large enterprise environments
* Ability to facilitate workshops and interact with multiple stakeholder groups
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical & Methodology Skills
* UML
* ITIL
* Process analysis and documentation
* Governance and compliance frameworks
* Requirements gathering and traceability management
Language Requirements
* Excellent French
* Excellent Dutch
* Good English
Ideal Profile
* Structured and detail-oriented
* Strong communication and facilitation skills
* Comfortable working in compliance-driven environments
* Persistent and proactive when gathering information from stakeholders
* Able to produce high-quality documentation suitable for audits and regulatory reviews
Nice to Have
* Experience within the Public Transport sector
* Knowledge of NIS2 requirements
* Experience with cybersecurity governance or compliance initiatives
* Experience supporting audit readiness programs
Working Model
