Ferring+You
You will be responsible for monitoring public tenders, preparing and continuously optimizing supply chain plans for Ferring Belgium and overseeing the logistics and supply chain processes, ensure that products move smoothly from suppliers to customers.
Your day at Ferring
1. Oversee purchasing procedures and ensure compliance with public procurement regulations.
2. Ensure deadlines are met.
3. Evaluate and monitor the performance of these procedures using specific indicators such as notification times and the number of disputes.
4. Ensure reporting of tenders to management
5. S&OP and Planning: Participate in monthly S&OP meetings and analyze demand, supply, and inventory trends to support planning decisions.
6. Operations & Inventory: Lead day‑to‑day supply chain operations, manage stock levels, maintain optimal inventory, and anticipate shortages based on HQ forecasts.
7. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and transportation with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving discrepancies.
8. Data & Systems Management: Track shipments, maintain accurate customer master data, ensure correct pricing in SAP, and keep S&OP files updated.
9. Customer & Partner Management: Manage customer relations, ensure compliance with established procedures, and oversee wholesaler allocations.

10. Bachelor’s in supply chain management
11. Minimum 1-2 years of experience
12. Fluent in Dutch, English and French
13. Database Management: Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
14. Hands on experience with tender management procedures
15. Office Procedures, Office Supply Management, Project Schedules, Budgeting and Data Entry/Maintenance skills
