What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will support hospitals across the Antwerp region by providing hands‑on clinical and technical expertise for Zimmer Biomet products. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives, surgeons, and clinical teams to ensure safe product usage, high customer satisfaction, and strong clinical partnerships.

1. Provide in‑OR clinical and technical support during surgical procedures
2. Deliver product and clinical training to surgeons and operating room staff
3. Support live cases and on‑site educational initiatives
4. Assist with account development and lead‑generation activities
5. Ensure compliance with internal quality, regulatory, and documentation standards

Your Background
10. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
11. Clinical or commercial experience within orthopedics or medical devices
12. Solid understanding of anatomy and surgical workflows
13. Fluent Dutch and communicative English are mandatory
Travel Expectations
14. Frequent regional travel within the Antwerp region
15. Valid driving license required
