Job Description
BESIX is continuously looking for motivated interns for its Communication Department.
The intern will be working as a specialist at BESIX Group Communications Department in Brussels (Belgium). This will entail work in various Communication areas including Event Management, Media Relations, Internal Communications, Corporate Communication, Brand Management and Sponsoring.
Examples of tasks:
* Write tightly-focused, in-depth stories on a variety of business topics for company newsletters and publications;
* Draft e-mail messages to employees;
* Help organize all-employee meetings and events;
* Draft press releases;
* Create PowerPoint presentations;
* Help compile media coverage reports.
This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience while expanding professional acumen and enhancing academic studies.
Qualifications
What if you were BESIX's next talent?
* You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field;
* You have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in French or Dutch and you are fluent in English;
* You have strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail;
* You are proficient in MS Office, familiarity with design software (such as Photoshop or InDesign) is a plus;
* Your internship period must be at least 3 months full-time. Please mention your internship period in your application.
