WCWP has been established in Hong Kong for over 45 years with an architectural portfolio covering residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across Hong Kong and China. Work you'll do
Manage sub-consultants and term contractors,
Plan, implement and monitor large-scaled maintenance works (eg. hospital and/or schools)
Advise and co-ordinate with clients on their needs and requests for maintenance and improvement works
Liaise with inhouse site supervision staff
Works from site visit, drawings production, written scope of works, works order management, and site progress monitoring.

We are looking for someone with
Bachelor of Building Surveying is compulsory, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience in industry
Level 2 (Grade E) or above in English Language (Syllabus B as appropriate) and Chinese Language in HKCEE/ HKDSEE, or equivalent
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated
Term consultancy experience is an advantage
