Your Role?
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Zaventem. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for talent acquisition, and be fluent in both Dutch and French. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
* Screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates for various roles in IT and internal positions.
* Advertise job openings on relevant platforms and networks.
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities.
* Co-manage various HR projects around onboarding, community building,... .
What do you already bring to the table?
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* At least a first experience in recruitment or a similar position.
* Fluency in Dutch and French (both spoken and written) is a must.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.
