As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping this high-tech production environment running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities Depending on your expertise ( mechanical or electrical ), you will join one of the maintenance teams and be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and solving technical failures in machines and installations
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Calibrating, adjusting and checking technical components and systems
- Contributing ideas for technical improvements
- Working closely with operators and fellow technicians
- Registering interventions in the maintenance system Your profile
- Technical education or relevant experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Problem-solving mindset and team spirit
- Willingness to work in a 6-shift system
- Good level of English
- Looking for a long-term stable position ⏱ Shift system (6 shifts) This schedule offers a good work-life balance, including 4 out of 6 weekends off. Example rotation: Week 1–2: Monday–Friday | 08:00–16:00 Week 3: Monday–Friday | 00:00–08:00 Week 4: Monday–Wednesday | 16:00–00:00 + weekend | 20:00–08:00 Week 5: Weekdays off | Saturday–Sunday | 08:00–20:00 Week 6: Thursday–Friday | 16:00–00:00 Salary
- €24.70 gross/hour starting salary (excluding shift premiums) Shift premiums:
- Early shift: +5%
- Late shift: +10%
- Night shift: +20%
- Saturday: +30%
