As an Inside Sales (FR / EN) at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
* Planning meetings for the sales team.
* Prospecting new leads and clients.
* Follow-up of clients.
* Keeping the CRM up to date.
* Drafting commercial offers.
* Follow‑up on quotes and customer reminders.
* Updating commercial databases.
* Improving and automating existing templates.
* Follow-up of purchase orders.
* Monitoring stock.
* Coordinating deliveries.
* Receiving, shipping, and tracking materials.
The ideal Inside Sales (FR / EN) for our client would have the following skills :
* At least, a bachelor degree.
* Around 4 years of experience in a similar position as Inside Sales or supporting the Sales department.
* Fluent in English & French.
* Dutch is a plus.
* Commercial Skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team player mindset.
* Experience with a CRM (SAP, Salesforces, etc...)
