A consulting firm operating in international advisory and cross-border talent services, focused on helping clients scale across LATAM and Europe. We produce market-facing content, localization assets, and thought leadership that supports client acquisition and retention across multiple industries.
Role & Responsibilities
* Write, edit, and deliver native Portuguese (Brazilian) content—blogs, landing pages, email sequences, social posts, and long-form guides—aligned to brand voice and brief.
* Localize and adapt English content for Brazilian audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and idiomatic accuracy rather than literal translation.
* Conduct keyword research and optimize content for on-page SEO: headings, meta tags, internal linking, and content structure.
* Publish and manage content in WordPress/CMS with basic formatting, image alt-text, and SEO metadata.
* Collaborate with marketing, designers, and subject-matter experts to refine briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet delivery timelines.
* Maintain editorial standards: fact-checking, tone consistency, readability, and simple content performance tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
* Native Portuguese (Brazilian) writing ability
* Proven portfolio of published content in Portuguese
* SEO copywriting and keyword research experience
* Experience with WordPress and CMS publishing
* Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar)
* Comfortable using Google Docs and basic content workflows
Preferred
* Experience with Google Analytics and content performance reporting
* Prior work with B2B or consulting clients
* Basic HTML/CSS for content formatting
