YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a skilled LabVIEW Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing high-performance test environments and data acquisition systems for cutting-edge nanopore research.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Maintaining an extensive collaborative test environment using LabVIEW, TestStand, and Python
* Designing and implementing extreme high-speed data acquisition systems for nanopore research
* Developing FPGA-based detection algorithms for advanced research applications
* Creating GPU-based detection and processing algorithms for high-performance computing needs
* Building and implementing high-speed automated qualification systems
* Managing and prioritizing researcher requests for laboratory software solutions
* Integrating LabVIEW systems with Python post-processing capabilities
YOUR PROFILE
* Strong expertise in LabVIEW programming and architecture principles
* Proven experience working with high-speed applications and data acquisition systems
* Intermediate knowledge of Python programming language
* Excellent skills in software-hardware integration
* Experience with FPGA and/or GPU programming for high-performance applications
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with researchers and technical teams
