Your Role
This is not your typical leadership position. As Finance Manager / CFO, you will be part of the executive team in a young, ambitious scale-up where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You will:
* Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and forecasting across multiple entities.
* Oversee operational performance, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
* Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on growth initiatives, business planning, and performance tracking.
* Drive data-informed decision-making through robust financial and operational reporting.
* Manage audits, investor relations, and compliance with financial and legal requirements.
* Build and optimize processes, systems, and structures to support rapid scaling.
* Lead and mentor a small but high-performing finance and operations team.
Profile
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience
* You speak Dutch and fluent in English.
* You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
