We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our marketing team and drive impactful MarCom and digital marketing initiatives.
The Marketing & Communication Manager has the goal to define a clear vision and strategy on the Cushion Vinyl marketing & communication effort, translating the product and market strategy into a strategic marketing plan with actionable content and tactics that support the sales organization and customers. The aim is to build brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
You will manage a team of five talented professionals—Digital Marketeer, Content Marketeer, Trade Marketeer, Trade Marketing Coordinator, and Graphic Designer—ensuring alignment with business goals and brand strategy. You will report to the Product & Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
2. Define, plan, and implement the marketing and communication plan tailored to geographical and market segments.
3. Manage the marketing budget, including samples & displays, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
4. Drive digital marketing performance across SEO/SEA, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
5. Lead targeted lead generation initiatives to support business growth, leveraging data-driven insights and campaign optimization.
6. Oversee brand communication and ensure consistency across all customer and partner touchpoints.
7. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to align internal teams, external partners, and key decision-makers.
8. Collaborate with sales and product teams to support go-to-market strategies and trade marketing initiatives.
9. Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
10. Monitor KPIs and marketing ROI, adjusting strategies based on performance insights.
11. Manage external agencies and partners to support campaign execution and brand initiatives.
Your Profile
12. Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in B2B environments.
13. Strong expertise in MarCom (7-10 years experience)
14. Excellent people management and communication skills.
15. Analytical mindset with a creative flair.
16. A feeling or even passion for interior decoration;
17. An experience in creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI;
18. Leadership: a first people management experience is a strong plus.
19. Fluent in Dutch, English and French (German is a plus)
