B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Direct Buyer in our team.
As a Direct Buyer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
You will be in charge of the sourcing of Electrical Commercial Parts and potentially also some Mechanical Commercial Parts. You will report to the Direct Sourcing Manager.
Your responsibilities :
* You conducts sourcing marketing to identify potential suppliers.
* You prepare the Requests for Quotations and send them out to identify or source new suppliers.
* You prepare, challenge and negotiate with suppliers.
* You manage contractual relations with suppliers.
* You ensures the quality of purchased items.
* You coordinate the purchasing activities.
* You lead recurring meetings with stakeholders such as dedicated Procurement Associate and Supplier Development Engineer.
Your profile :
* You have a Master's degree in purchasing, logistics or supply chain or a similar qualification.
* You have a first experience in the purchasing of technical parts.
* You have excellent negotiation, networking and persuasion skills.
* You have experience of selecting, qualifying and managing solutions suppliers.
* You have a knowledge with MS Office & SAP.
* Fluency in English is required,
