Team/division description
360 performance team & VC planning, main operational link between Toyota Motor Europe and national distributors, our role is to ensure the distributors' achievement of pan-European sales, share, after-sales and revenue objectives, and that Pan-European strategic initiatives are locally understood and implemented.
Our team’s objectives
1. Ensure monthly achievement of the sales, after-sales objectives, review, challenge and support local sales/marketing actions to achieve the monthly and annual sales plan,
2. Ensure the implementation of the European sales & after-sales programmes in each national market
3. Define and prepare market potential proposal in line with the European S&M guideline, after-sales strategy, market potential and the national market requirements,
4. Organize and follows up main strategic discussion involving TME and distributors top management: quarterly review meeting and annual
Key Responsibilities:
5. Involved in the day-to-day sales and after-sales performance follow-up, ensuring all activities align with our performance goals.
6. Analysing main reports and sales KPIs to provide actionable insights.
7. Supporting the coordination of monthly sales and aftersales planning milestones and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
8. Organizing main touchpoints and facilitating effective communication within the team.
9. Assisting in the coordination, summarization, and creation of Excel documents, PowerPoint presentation.
10. Extracting and analysing data from PBI and internal analytical tools to support various performance initiatives and investigations
11. Conducting competitor investigation and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
12. Preparing reports and ad-hoc documents as needed.

Your Profile
13. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language);
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report creation;
15. Familiarity with Power BI reports for data visualization and insights;
16. Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively;
17. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus;
18. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
20. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
21. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights;
22. Nice visualization skills for creating impactful PowerPoint presentations;
23. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
