As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Kassoe Housing in the Greater Antwerp area — identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving expansion while ensuring our clients receive the best service in the industry.
The position can be based anywhere near Antwerp, with regular travel for client meetings, site visits, and property onboarding.

What you’ll be doing:
As Regional Sale Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and market growth by expanding Kassoe Housing’s network of properties and clients across Belgium.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Belgium market.
* Building strong relationships with property owners, developers, agents, and corporate clients.
* Using your network to source and onboard new rental properties.
* Leading consultative sales conversations to match client needs with tailored housing solutions.
* Managing client accounts and multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
* Collaborating with our European Operations Team to ensure consistent service delivery.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven sales experience, ideally within housing, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services.
* Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — someone who spots opportunities and acts on them.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strategic and structured, yet hands-on and adaptable.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
