Job description
We are looking for a strong Area Manager to lead to drive sales, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high customer service standards in the assigned area.
Key responsibilities include:
* monitoring performance metrics and reporting on the area's financial status to Company management;
* setting sales targets and defining strategies and action plans to achieve assigned goals;
* leading and coaching store managers, inspiring them and supporting them on all aspects connected with store management, providing solutions and liaising with Head Quarters;
* ensuring consistent operational standards, quality control, and compliance with company policies across all locations;
* recruiting, hiring, coaching and training staff, conducting performance reviews and providing development opportunities.
Requirements
* At least 10-year experience in management positions within Retail.
* Passion and dynamism.
* Ability to lead and inspire people.
* Strong results-orientation.
* Strong analytical spirit.
* Problem-solving attitude.
* Flexibility with availability to work on Saturdays and travel to ensure presence in the stores assigned.
* Strong commercial skills.
* Excellent communication-relational skills aimed at developing a local network.
* Fluent knowledge of French and English. Dutch would be a plus.
