Job Description
As Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with the Group Executive Recruitment team in ensuring a systematic and strategic sourcing and introduction of future leaders at Eurofins. Your main responsibility is to support executive pipelining by identifying, introducing and recruiting Eurofins level 1 and 2 leaders.
More specifically, you will:
* Develop and execute on search strategy (incl. sourcing mix and mappings)
* Work closely with the research team and other peers to develop the best team sourcing strategy
* Lead sourcing efforts and qualify candidates interviews (focused on levels 1 & 2)
* Manage senior executive candidates day to day
* Strategically introduce candidates across all business units and provide insights to enable Hiring Managers to recruit best candidate
* Support strategic succession planning efforts by developing a global professional network & proactively create a pipeline of C level leads for future key positions
* Build in-depth knowledge of Eurofins DNA and organization
* Maintaining recruiting data quality (e.g. ATS input) on her/his candidates
* Support ad hoc projects related to N-1 and N-2 talent pipelining
Qualifications
* MA / MSc degree preferred
* Experience: 3+ years of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience within an in-house or agency environment, delivering end to end executive search assignments, including passive candidate sourcing for open roles, succession planning, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools
* Experience from top tier executive search agency or a professional in-house executive recruitment function
* Experience networking with and recruiting C-Level executives is preferred
* Fluency in French and English are a must
