About the Role

Based in Italy and Luxembourg, we are actively seeking candidates to join our Commercial-Technical Team within the Water Division, specifically for the Flanders region and the northern area of France.

We're looking for individuals who have a strong work ethic, are self-driven, and can work independently at customer sites.

Responsibilities

* Proactively call potential customers and build relationships
* Prospection, networking
* Research the market to find interesting prospects
* Cooperate with your team to research accounts, identify decision-makers
* Acquisition of new customers and new projects
* Manage the customers independently, while supported by other team members and departments
* Ensure existing business through service and support
* Review treatment programs and processes, ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring, thus resulting in customers' satisfaction and business retention
* Manage chemical inventories, including ordering products, changing chemical totes, and end of the month chemical consumption reporting
* Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable)
* Maintain and build business relationships

Qualifications

* Excellent proficiency in French or Flemish
* Intermediate proficiency in English
* Bachelor degree, preferably in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering; or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree
* Experience of 2-3 years in a chemical/sales client focused position, in the Water Treatment Industry

Required Skills

* Experience in the Water Treatment Industry
* Strong customer relationship-building experience required
* Strong customer focus and orientation
* Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
* Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent worker
* Eager to learn and improve
* Office 365 intermediate skills
* Willing to travel to numerous customer sites
