Job Description
Main responsibilities:
* Design the organization and manage the production of one team across a multi-activity scope, on one or more sites.
* Ensure the achievement of production targets and the financial objectives of the contract.
* Lead and communicate the company’s HR policy.
* Optimize and develop the client relationship in a proactive approach focused on continuous service quality improvement.
* Lead projects and manage transitions.
Activities:
* Define needs and organize the resources of the production setup.
* Manage the projects linked to the life cycle of the contract and monitor margin levels.
* Analyze the operational and financial statistics of client accounts within the assigned scope.
* Build action plans and deploy them in coordination with the DM(s).
* Develop continuous service improvement initiatives.
* Build improvement plans and actively contribute to change management.
* Manage the client relationship and contribute to business growth within the assigned scope.
* Supervise and support employees in achieving their objectives.
Qualifications
* Technical and organizational knowledge of production environments.
* Project management and change management techniques.
* Strong command of remote management and people management techniques.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* French & English (Dutch is a big plus)
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field and/or at least 2 years of experience in a confirmed position.
