Job Description
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will serve as the operational engine of the marketing team-bridging strategy and execution with a strong focus on data, performance, and cross‑channel alignment. Your key responsibilities include:
Performance Marketing & User Acquisition
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta platforms.
Manage monthly ad budgets, ensuring strong ROAS and real‑time optimization of CPA, targeting, and bidding.
Run A/B tests on creatives and copy, providing actionable feedback to the design team.
Social Media & Content Management
Own the full marketing calendar and synchronize campaigns, launches, and promotions across channels.
Drive community growth through organic social strategies and engaging content in the collectibles/precious metals sector.
CRM & Customer Retention
Build segmented customer audiences and create personalized marketing flows.
Develop and manage EDMs and automated triggers to improve CLV.
Analyze customer behavior to identify churn risks and opportunities for re‑engagement
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Translate marketing goals into clear design briefs and align closely with eCommerce teams to optimize landing pages and product listings.
The Successful Applicant
4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or retail marketing.
Proven expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and CRM/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple marketing workstreams.
Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting, automation, and data synthesis, plus basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
Experience in luxury goods, collectibles, or fintech is a strong advantage.
