Supply Chain ManagerLocation: BrusselsSalary: €75,000 (Dependant on experience)Your MissionAs a Supply Chain Manager, you coordinate all supply chain activities within a matrix organization. You report directly to the Plant Manager and functionally to the Head of Supply Chain. You lead the local Supply Chain team and act as the process owner for all supply chain-related activities within the plant.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure all supply chain activities comply with customer, internal, and external requirementsDefine and implement the supply chain strategy and organizational structure aligned with company and plant objectivesMonitor and drive performance through KPIs and budget alignmentCoordinate inbound, outbound, and production planning processesDevelop and implement best practices and promote knowledge sharingIdentify and lead continuous improvement initiatives within a lean environmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliersCommunicate performance results and improvements to key stakeholdersOrganize and optimize shop floor activities using continuous improvement methodologiesEnsure core supply chain processes are properly implemented and respectedAnticipate and respond proactively to customer needs and changesLead, coach, and develop team membersEnsure compliance with safety standards within the scope of responsibilityOversee logistics workforce planning (including scheduling, training, and qualifications)Your ProfileDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environmentAt least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management roleKey CompetenciesKnowledge of automotive or industrial environments is an advantageFamiliarity with quality and environmental standards (e.G., IATF, ISO)Fluent in the local language and EnglishStrong MS Office skillsLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsAffinity for IT systems and digitalization of logistics processesProven experience in improving logistics flows and processesStrong continuous improvement mindset (Lean principles)Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCustomer-focused and results-driven
