* Provide expert advice on Toyota and Lexus vehicles, accessories, and product related services.
* Inspire customers with your enthusiasm for our brands and technologies.
* Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and clearly explain features and customer benefits.
* Conduct product demonstrations and accompany test drives on behalf of the Sales Advisor.
* Ensure a memorable vehicle handover experience in collaboration with the Sales Advisor.
* Assist with preparation and follow up tasks in the sales process, including customer contact, system entries, documentation, and fleet management.
* Contribute to the design, maintenance, and welcoming atmosphere of the showroom.
* Build, maintain, and share product expertise within the frontline team.
* Support colleagues with ad hoc product related questions.
* Research and prepare product information for internal use and customer events.
* Assist the service team with product related inquiries.
* Coordinate with the parts department for accessories orders.
* Support administrative tasks related to workshop planning and vehicle deliveries.
