You will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company’s network environment, ensuring high availability and performance across manufacturing and corporate systems.This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in Cisco networking, routing, and switching, who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues and working in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd line support for network-related incidents and service requests Troubleshoot and resolve issues across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability Support and maintain Cisco-based infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls) Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Perform network configuration, upgrades, and patching Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management Contribute to network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures Support ongoing infrastructure and digital transformation projects Technical RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies Solid understanding of: Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) Switching technologies (VLANs, STP, trunking) TCP/IP networking fundamentals Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools You are fluent in English.
