Your Role As shift foreman within the cables and pipes department, you are responsible for the proper functioning of your shift which consists of about 4 people. You motivate and coordinate the activities of your team and organise them so that the tasks to be performed are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Together with the rest of your team, you will be deployed within our energy department to carry out various earthworks and general pipeline construction work for projects in Belgium. Your Profile Do you have several years of experience as a foreman in residential construction, landscaping, road construction, formwork? Do you have a driving licence that allows you to move easily between our various sites and are you willing to work throughout Belgium? Are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves and guide your team to do the same? Do you already have a VCA certificate or can't wait to get one?
