Customer Care Officer
to join our team.

Fully open source, full-featured with apps like Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, and 4,000 more. Its online offer is 3 times more affordable than traditional competitors like SAP and Microsoft.
The Customer Care Officer is a key role partnering with our customers and connecting their adoption, expansion and renewal phases. This role is supported by several teams, including the Sales, Support and Services team. You will be part of an empathetic, supportive and multicultural team.
Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of +/-
1000 mass-market customers
, developing the right balance between automation (low touch) and manual actions (high touch) depending on the context
* Facilitating the
successful onboarding
of new customers
* Reactive approach: Being the first point of contact to assist and guide your Odoo customers so that they can benefit from the best possible experience throughout their project
* Supporting our Sales Team
by identifying opportunities of development
Must Have
* Bachelor Degree
* A good business knowledge
* Perfect written and spoken English + French/Dutch
* Highly organised and autonomous
* Time, stress and priority management
* Valid work permit for Belgium

* Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities

As a
Customer Care Officer
, your primary responsibility will be overseeing our self-subscribers, customers who independently subscribed to Odoo.
Given the
significant volume of customers
, this role demands a keen sense of priority management. Of course, you will use Odoo to its full potential for managing your
administrative tasks
.
You will work closely with our Account Managers team, as they will handle the follow-up for customers requiring a more sales-oriented approach.
