As a Senior Security Engineer, you will act as an expert within our Infrastructure team. You will focus on implementing, supporting, and optimizing advanced security measures, helping Lotus Bakeries stay ahead of ever-evolving digital threats. /p pbAbout the job /b /p pOur team currently manages over 30 locations, which are 2000 users, spread over 4 continents with both office and production networks active (depending on the location). /p pOur aim is to make sure our users can constantly count on a reliable, performant and secure network. /p pAs Senior Security Engineer: /p ul liYou take the lead in projects and execute security related operations and optimizations /li liYou support other ICT teams and business units with security challenges and issues and provide technical input for architecture changes and platform improvements /li liYou support in security related incidents, guard the environment for inconsistencies, and provide security reporting to the team management /li liYou will reinforce security awareness in our end users through support and coaching /li liYou keep process, environment and end user documentation up to date /li /ul h3Profiel /h3 pTo be able to be successful in this role we believe you need to have: /p ul liA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics or equivalent through experience /li li7 years of experience in IT infrastructure in mid to large IT environmentsExperience with Network security infrastructure is key /li liKnowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto /li liA broader IT Infrastructure interest to support you in this role on topic such as server and virtualisation Cloud environments is preferred /li liFamiliarity with ITIL processes and compliancy frameworks /li liFlexibility and a natural drive to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
