✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Define and deploy governance models for complex processes within the banking sector
* Structure, coordinate and monitor an operational governance model ensuring clarity and traceability
* Define roles, responsibilities, decision-making forums, metrics and information flows
* Manage stakeholders from different areas such as business, operations, risk and legal
* Design and prepare executive presentations for monthly follow-up and high-level reporting
* Convene, plan and facilitate governance meetings ensuring preparation and follow-up
* Identify risks, dependencies and critical process points to ensure robust implementation

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Years' experience: More than 8 years
English: B1–B2
Spanish: C2 (native/bilingual)
Education: University degree
📅 WHERE AND WHEN?
Workplace: Remote — Madrid. Presence in client's office for some meetings are requested, (more or less, once each quarter)
Work Schedule: Office shift. Flexible, starts from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m. until 17:00 to 19:00 with 1 hour lunch break
